Stock Levels

Although most of our remotes are available from stock, products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.



Returns Policy

AnyRemote has a no quibble return policy-simply send any unwanted purchases back to us within 14 days in unused resalesable condition (complete with any packaging or instructions) for a refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable in this instance.
We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 12 months. If you receive a defective or incorrect product simply post back using the attached and completed returns slip. If the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us we will refund postage. For your own piece of mind and security we recommend using recorded delivery if the value exceeds £10. Alternatively email us at anyremote@tiscali.co.uk to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements, if this is not possible we will refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging. Please consult our contact details for the return address.
